In recent years, Holm & Halby has produced many very thick linings - up to 7 cm of lead, including our unique sliding window solution.

• 6 mm lead glass in side windows and front windows
• 3 to 7 cm lead lining of the trough, back walls, and front
• 7 mm thick lead sliding window (400 x 400 mm) in a rail system with free movement across the entire width of the bench, replacing lead blocks and lead aprons

Lead Benches for Isotope Safety

  Lead Lining: The benches can be lined with lead ranging from 3 cm to 7 cm, providing effective radiation shielding. This lining covers the trough, back walls, and front of the cabinet.
• Lead Glass: The side and front windows are equipped with 6 mm thick lead glass, ensuring visibility while maintaining safety.
• Sliding Lead Window: A unique feature is the 7 mm thick lead sliding window (400 x 400 mm) integrated into a rail system. This allows free movement across the entire width of the bench, eliminating the need for heavy lead blocks and lead vests.
