MiniBio and my-Control

With MiniBio reactors in scales of 250 ml, 500 ml, and 1000 ml, it is now possible to downscale your laboratory scale, which typically ranges from 3L to 20L. The MiniBio system offers the same great flexibility as conventional laboratory-scale bioreactors.

The advantage for the user is that with the MiniBio system, the process can be tailored to their specific application.

The small volume reduces costs for media and additive liquids (media, acid, base, or vitamins).

Additionally, the equipment takes up less space.

Furthermore, it is possible to have stirring up to 2000 rpm, even in viscous media. The working volume starts from 50 ml. It is possible to control a bioreactor up to 3L. Auto PID control manages parameters precisely, ensuring parameter control even when parameters change during the process.

The system can have up to 6 variable pumps. There is dosing with a needle, allowing for dosing as small as 0.5 µl. A PC can control up to 32 bioreactors/my-Control. There are extra inputs and outputs for external sensors and pumps. There is the freedom to configure any pumps, sensors, new control loops, and much more.
