Autoclavable SS laboratory bioreactors - Bio Clave

Bio Clave bioreactor is an economical alternative to "Steam in place" bioreactors. It combines the benefits of both "Steam in place" systems and the robustness of glass bioreactors, along with the ability to operate under high pressure, while offering flexible modular construction.

Bio Clave bioreactors are available in sizes of 20, 70, and 110 liters.

Hygiene and cGMP Standards:
Bio Clave is made of 316L stainless steel and is designed in accordance with the latest standards in process hygiene and cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice). The reactor is electropolished internally to Ra=0.4µm, significantly better than the EP standard which requires Ra=0.8µm. Externally, the reactor is mirror-polished, enhancing cleanability.

High Flexibility and Low Investment:
If process requirements change, such as from cell cultivation to microbiological fermentation, the system can be easily adapted due to its modular design and the flexibility provided by the top plate. This system requires a low initial investment while also being cost-effective in operation.
