The two tracks within project management:

Track 1:
Holm & Halby-driven projects - typically arise with major deliveries of laboratory equipment or the building from scratch, for example, cleanrooms.

We also offer our expertise for larger tasks, which fundamentally involves the sale of consulting time.

This includes quality management, conducting workshops, coordinating multiple suppliers, disciplinary boundaries, enterprise limits, etc.

Track 2:
Ensuring high quality in your solution. We are happy to offer our expertise for larger tasks, which essentially is the sale of consulting time. This can include mapping of laboratories, identifying defects and deficiencies in deliveries for laboratory construction, or coordinating commissioning.

We also assist with engineering related to renovations and new constructions and assist inventory companies with major deliveries. Our assistance provides access to an invaluable network of subcontractors, whose expertise ensures high quality in your solution.
