25 years as CEO at Holm & Halby

Morten began his career at Holm & Halby back in 1992, and since Tuesday, 12 October 1999, he has successfully led the company as CEO. With his sharp eye for strategy and strong business acumen, he has shaped a company that has experienced constant and uninterrupted growth since his appointment.

At the same time, with his calm demeanour, human insight, and understanding, he has fostered a company culture built on strong values. Despite the demands for results, Holm & Halby has, under Morten’s leadership, been an attractive and secure place to work. This is highlighted by the many 10-, 15-, and 20-year anniversaries regularly celebrated among the company’s employees.

In addition to his significant commitment to Holm & Halby, Morten also holds several important board positions within the AddLife Group. He is Chairman of LAB-Vent Controls and a board member of BergmanLabora AB and LabRobot AB.

For more than 15 years, Morten has also actively contributed to the Dialab trade association, where he has been a board member and served as Chairman of the PR/Exhibitor Committee and the Statistics Committee.
